Conflict Resolution Program

Mediagree is a method to solve simple conflicts at work by enabling the parties to find their own solutions through proven approaches and techniques.

Target clientele and criteria

  • Being out of work because of a conflict with a colleague or supervisor;
  • Being of reasonably stable medical condition, allowing the person to take part in the mediation process;
  • Expecting imminent return to work;
  • Not entering litigation or other form of mediation.

Specific objectives and method

After interviewing both the employer and the employee, the mediator will suggest a series of discussions and/or meetings and assist both parties in finding a solution agreeable to all. The role of this mediator is not to decide but to ease the process. Whatever the outcome of this mediation, it bears no legal impact, as this process must be voluntary and participative for all participants.
